Our Smart Signage allows access to those documents by simply tapping a mobile phone against the sign. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Site Plans become instantly accessable and can be downloaded direct to the users device.
They can also be used to log people into or out of an area or site, as they record the date and time that each user has actvated the sign.
Uses
Our Smart Signage is designed to be used indoors or outdoors and can be fixed in place using the self adhesive backing or screws. The signs are weather proof and resistant to fading by sunlight. Our signs are available with the "Smartphone Information Point" message or in any of the standard Caution/Warning, Mandatory or Prohibition sign formats. Because our signage is interactive you can ensure that employees or visitors o your site have been given the safety information they need and have an electronic record of what information they have been given and when.
Technical Specifications
Our outdoor signage is supplied as 2mm thick High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) as standard, with indoor signage available in 1mm thick HIPS. Both formats can be drilled for fixing or stuck to a flat surface. Flexible gloss finished self advesive vinyl and photoluminescent formats are also available.

Smart Signage is fully customisable, and can be configured exactly to your needs. Our secure cloud based data store can be configured to display data to the user in a format that is already familiar to them, with the look of your existing branding and layouts. Users are also able to view google maps, photos, and download documents, as well as complete and upload forms or online apps such as risk assessments or site sign in.
