Our Pole Tags allow operatives to record pre climb checks and tests in a logical step by step process. Our cloud based system delivers a selection of dropdown responses to pre set questions that combine to give an immediate visual indication if the pole is safe to climb or not.
All of the checks and tests carried out by operatives are electronically recorded, date and time stamped, and are added to the history for that particular pole. When operatives attend site they can view previous checks and tests before they carry out their own.
Each tag contains a unique electronic code that is assigned to that asset, so information will always be recorded to the correct pole.
Uses
Our Pole Tags are designed to be used on both timber and metal poles and can be fixed in place using stainless steel pins or with a marine grade adhesive backing that comes supplied with each tag. The Tags are made from hardwearing Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA) which is a highly durable thermoplastic that is UV resistant. Both the question sets for inspections and data that can be displayed to users can be fully customised to suit the intended application. Pole Tags make data collection and data sharing easy for both operatives and asset managers in the telecommunications and power distribution industry.

To interact with the Pole Tag users simply place their Smartphone near to the tag, this will automatically launch our application on the Smartphone, with data relating to that specific pole being displayed. Pole Tags are fully customisable, and can be configured exactly to your needs. Our secure cloud based data store can be configured to display data to the user in a format that is already familiar to them, with the look of your existing branding and layouts. Users are also able to view Google maps, photos, and download documents, as well as complete and upload forms or online apps such as risk assessments or site sign in specifically for that pole.
