UK Mainland Carriage Terms

UK Orders are normally delivered by Royal Mail first class post within 1-2 working days but those to remote areas of the country may take longer. Please call us if you need a delivery date or if the order is urgent. Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Large orders may be sent by courier on a next day tracked service, and we will let you know when your order is processed if it will be sent using this method.

Isles of Scilly

Customers are responsible for the onward delivery and charges from the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company.

Returns

When you buy anything from Utility Data Tags you are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with any product email us at customerservices@utilitydatatags.com to arrange a return. We will email a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and a returns paid postage label will be sent out to you. We do, however reserve the right to raise a restocking and handling charge of 15% for goods totalling more than £100.

When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.

We will always exchange or refund faulty items.
